In these photos, master craftsmen Aaron R. Thomas and Ed Thomas construct at table using a two part glue. Because acrylic is transparent, the slightest flaws will be seen for the life of the piece. This transparency requires the utmost care and is these flawless glue joints are one of the most laborious processes that we do. Careful sanding, taping, and build up climax with the actual gluing of the joint which is a one shot opportunity. If done incorrectly, hours of preparation can be ruined in one second.
