Modern Acrylic Trophies

We made these beautiful trophies for Rip Curl to give to the winners of Gromsearch 2007 at Salt Creek this last weekend. We sandwiched a custom mixed resin between 2 pieces of clear acrylic before cutting them down to size and hand polishing them for hours to a pristine shine. We then had them laser engraved and applied the color matched, hand cut and polished wave logos to them. I have never been a big fan of trophies but these ones are a little cooler than the gold painted plastic and brass baseball trophies that I had gotten in the past.
